Explores modern governance structures, board operations, internal control mechanisms, and ethical norms, helping learners establish robust governance frameworks, improve corporate transparency and stakeholder trust, and prevent regulatory and ethical risks.

Merger and Acquisition Accounting

Focuses on accounting treatments and financial planning in mergers, asset restructurings, and cross-border transactions, including consolidated financial statement preparation, purchase price allocation, and asset impairment testing, enabling learners to master financial strategies in large-scale deals.

Tax Planning and International Taxation

Covers corporate tax planning, transfer pricing, cross-border tax compliance, and global tax reform trends, equipping learners to address complex tax issues in international operations and optimize tax structures legally and compliantly.

Learners will have opportunities to participate in internal audits, financial diagnostics, and corporate governance projects. Upon graduation, they can take on key roles such as Chief Financial Officer, Internal Audit Manager, or Compliance Manager.
